LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks Product Manager for Fragrance Development at Parfums Givenchy in Levallois-Perret, France. CDI position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic marketing recommendations and annual plans to expand the fragrance franchise
  • Lead product conceptualization and development (formulation, packaging, pricing, profitability analysis) as the primary liaison across laboratory, technical development, procurement, and finance teams
  • Coordinate 360-degree product launch support including point-of-sale materials, training, digital campaigns, and consumer experience initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze fragrance line performance, competitive positioning, and market trends to identify development opportunities
  • Manage departmental budget allocation and drive proactive financial stewardship

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (BAC+5) in business administration or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of confirmed experience in international marketing and product development within the luxury sector, ideally in fine fragrance
  • Fluent French and English language skills
  • Strong creative sensibility with demonstrated aesthetic awareness and affinity for fashion and the arts
  • Strategic and pragmatic mindset capable of developing 3–5 year planning horizons
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and develop comprehensive analytical frameworks
