Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Product Managers in the end‑to‑end development and launch of fragrance lines, from conceptual positioning to coordination with creative studio, packaging development, R&D, digital and merchandising partners.
- Contribute to the strategic design of 360° launch programmes, including communications, in‑store materials (PLV), limited editions, press, training materials and point‑of‑sale activations.
- Conduct market studies and competitive intelligence (quantitative and qualitative analyses of sell‑in and sell‑out; monitoring competitor launches and market trends).
- Support preparation and logistics for internal and external events, including major international gatherings.
- Provide operational assistance to Product Managers on daily project tracking, stakeholder follow‑up and documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, Master's in Marketing or equivalent university programme.
- Fluent written and spoken English (required for daily written and oral contacts).
- Demonstrated interest in perfumes and cosmetics, with strong commercial and market sensibility.
- Autonomous, organised and rigorous with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive attitude and capacity to propose creative solutions.
Experience
Early‑career / student level. Designed for candidates at the beginning of their professional trajectory; prior internships in marketing or product development are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolment in a business school, Master’s programme in Marketing or equivalent university qualification.

This position is based in Levallois-Perret, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,400 per month.
