LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks an internship candidate to support the Marketing Development team at Parfums Givenchy in developing and launching innovative men's fragrance collections. The intern will assist Product Managers in conceptual development, market positioning, cross-functional coordination with creation studios, packaging development, R&D, and digital teams, while conducting competitive market analysis and contributing to launch strategies across multiple departments. This role offers exposure to luxury fragrance product management, project execution, and brand development within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans for 2028–2030 men's fragrance lines, including new product conception, positioning, and interdepartmental coordination with creative studios, packaging developers, R&D, digital, and merchandising teams
  • Create 360-degree launch strategies encompassing communications, point-of-sale materials, editorial content, press relations, retail training, and in-store activations
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research and competitive intelligence, including sell-in/sell-out analysis and tracking of competitor product launches and market trends
  • Provide operational support to Product Managers during event planning and execution for internal and international flagship occasions
  • Manage day-to-day coordination and project support tasks as assigned by Product Management leadership

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a business school, Master's-level Marketing program, or equivalent university programme
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
  • Demonstrated curiosity and passion for the fragrance and cosmetics industry
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, reactive environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,400 per month.
