LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks a Product Development Assistant (Internship) in Levallois-Perret, France. Support product launches across Givenchy and Kenzo fragrances, January–July 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop marketing plans for 2027, 2028, and 2029 product launches, including conceptual strategy, positioning, and cross-functional coordination with design, packaging, R&D, digital, and merchandising teams
- Create comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies for product launches, encompassing communications, point-of-sale materials, press coverage, retail training, and promotional events
- Conduct market studies and competitive intelligence through quantitative and qualitative analysis of sell-in and sell-out data, tracking competitor launches and market trends
- Support the preparation and execution of internal and external events, including major international industry gatherings
- Provide operational support to Product Managers across daily activities and project management
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, Master's degree in Marketing, or equivalent university degree programme
- Fluent English proficiency (written and oral communication)
- Demonstrated curiosity and passion for the perfumes and cosmetics industry
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proactive mindset with a taste for strategic challenges

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates should be currently enrolled in or near completion of a master's programme in marketing or business.
Education
Business school degree, Master's in Marketing, or equivalent university qualification.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,400 per month.
