LVMH Fragrance Brands: 7 internships as Product Development Assistant in fragrance marketing (Jan–Jul 2027), Levallois-Perret, €1,300–€1,400/month.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop 2027–2029 marketing plans and new product launch strategies, including conceptual positioning, creative direction coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with design studios, R&D, packaging development, digital, and merchandising teams
  • Create comprehensive 360-degree launch strategies encompassing communications, point-of-sale marketing materials, press coordination, staff training, and promotional activations
  • Conduct market studies and competitive intelligence analysis, including quantitative and qualitative sell-in and sell-out monitoring and tracking competitive launches and market trends
  • Support preparation and execution of internal and external events, including major international marketing occasions and product showcases
  • Provide operational support to senior product managers and contribute to team initiatives with autonomy and initiative

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, Marketing Master's degree programme, or equivalent university education
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and oral business communication)
  • Demonstrated curiosity and genuine passion for the fragrance and beauty industry
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative approach across cross-functional teams

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,400 per month.
