About LVMH
LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, the world leader in luxury, unites more than 75 distinguished Maisons across fashion and leather goods, wines and spirits, perfumes and cosmetics, watches and jewelry, and selective retailing. As an employer, the Group offers a uniquely international environment where heritage, creativity, craftsmanship, and entrepreneurial spirit meet. It cultivates exceptional talent through mobility, mentoring, and rigorous learning, while empowering teams to shape the future of desirable, sustainable luxury. LVMH seeks individuals who combine excellence with curiosity, aesthetic sensibility with business acumen, and respect for tradition with the courage to innovate.
LVMH is hiring a Product and Quality Manager for its product team in Paris on a full-time, permanent contract. The role covers material quality and stock integration, product qualification and publication, photography, showroom integration, technical support and product-data tools, with warehouse visits to Tours twice a month.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare warehouse visits, receive and inventory new materials at the offices, identify inconsistencies and potential quality issues based on material swatches, enter information into Airtable, communicate points of attention to the supply and product teams, and prepare product books and inspection materials with the Product Intern.
- Ensure material quality, including visiting the Tours warehouse twice a month: conduct quality checks and risk assessments on fabric rolls, make decisions ahead of product publication, participate in warehouse-visit debriefs to resolve inconsistencies, quality issues and labeling problems, make decisions with the Supply and Product teams, and update the product database accordingly.
- Coordinate product qualification and ensure the accuracy of product information; support product publication with the Senior Product Manager, supervise the Product Intern in recording product specifications such as weight, width and Pantone references, qualify new products for publication by defining names, categories and descriptions in French and English, and import data for impact calculations into the dedicated LBE platform.
- Prepare and coordinate product photography, and ensure media quality by reviewing, renaming and uploading photo and video assets to the website.
- Prepare products for showroom integration, supervise the Product Intern’s preparatory work, including label editing, cutting-kit preparation and inventory, coordinate cutting of fabric rolls and samples with the Senior Product Manager, and ensure new products are integrated into the showroom through inventory and interface updates.
- Provide technical support to the after-sales service and sales teams by answering customer questions, resolving showroom issues with the field team, contributing to trade-show preparation, and resolving website issues related to product data.
- Maintain and improve existing tools with the relevant team: update product-data repositories, including the PIM in Airtable and the Excel database; help ensure their accuracy and effectiveness; propose new tools to support business development and efficient processes; and contribute to discussions on implementing a DAM.
