LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks a Product & Influence Intern in Brussels for a six-month program supporting Givenchy and Kenzo brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support new product launches and maintain core SKU performance through forecast preparation and point-of-sale material development
- Prepare and organize sales meetings with dynamic presentations and motivational content to engage the sales team
- Coordinate logistics for sellout tools, promotional supports, and merchandise distribution across retail clusters
- Develop and maintain the merchandising book in collaboration with the Product Manager and Marketing Director, ensuring consistent brand representation
- Manage daily press and influencer inquiries, including seeding coordination and video content briefing for the Belgium market
- Participate in monthly sales analysis, compiling sell-out reports and identifying key performance insights
- Coordinate 360-degree action plans for strategic product launches and monitor competitor best practices
- Assist in the creation of technical product sheets and presentation materials for retail partners
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Business, Marketing, or Communication program
- Fluency in French and/or Dutch; English is highly desirable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Demonstrated knowledge of the fragrance and cosmetics industry
- Experience in product management or influencer relations is advantageous

Entry-level. Previous experience in product management, marketing, or influencer relations is preferred but not required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
