LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks a Procurement Project Intern in Levallois-Perret for fragrance packaging sourcing and sustainability initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support an assigned buyer in end-to-end procurement activities, with regular travel between sites and suppliers.
- Manage packaging request-for-proposals (RFPs) for a defined product family, from specification to supplier selection.
- Implement and track mitigation actions identified in the material shortage and inflation securing plan.
- Prepare Supplier Business Reviews and maintain supplier performance documentation.
- Monitor and report savings, track material inflation impacts and contribute to budget reviews.
- Support R&D and manufacturing teams on substitution of fossil-based materials and integration of recycled content.
- Track sustainability KPIs related to material circularity and conduct supplier/market intelligence on packaging innovation.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in an engineering school or business school; a specialised master in purchasing (e.g., MAI) is strongly preferred.
- Fluent English (Anglais courant).
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Strong negotiation aptitude and commercial awareness.
- Personal qualities: rigor, energy, analytical mindset, organisation, strong interpersonal skills, client-service orientation, teamwork, curiosity, autonomy and proactivity.

Entry-level — suitable for a student seeking an alternance/apprenticeship in procurement. Prior internships in purchasing, supply chain or packaging sourcing are advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolment in an engineering or business school; a specialised Master's in Purchasing (MAI) is ideal.
