LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics seeks a Procurement Intern in Singapore for a full-time internship from January to June 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Finance and Legal stakeholders to understand their needs and align procurement objectives with business goals.
- Assist with end-to-end procurement across indirect categories, including merchandising, point-of-sale elements, print, event management, creative services and communications.
- Support supplier selection, negotiations and contract management.
- Prepare and analyze RFQs, RFPs and other procurement documents.
- Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.
- Help monitor supplier performance and compliance with LVMH Beauty’s standards and policies.
- Participate in projects and initiatives to improve procurement efficiency and achieve cost savings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance or a related field.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship from January 2027 to June 2027.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Proactive, with a strong desire to learn.
- Strong interest in procurement and the luxury beauty industry.
