Join LVMH in Paris as a Procurement Apprentice. This full-time apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in procurement within a leading luxury conglomerate.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting tender documents, including specifications, consultation regulations, and analysis grids.
  • Contribute to the monitoring of consultations and analysis of bids.
  • Participate in the preparation of negotiation summaries.
  • Engage in the Procurement Committee and report on KPIs.
  • Manage the supplier contract database.
  • Support colleagues in utilizing procurement tools.
  • Interact daily with General Services teams and internal departments such as procurement, legal, cybersecurity, and IT.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of annual Business Reviews, including data collection and meeting facilitation.
  • Participate in contract negotiations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred in relevant fields such as Business or Commerce.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities. Attention to detail and methodical approach to projects. Autonomy and proactive initiative-taking. Team spirit and adaptability to complex environments.

Experience

A preliminary experience in commerce or procurement, such as an internship or apprenticeship, is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred.
