Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct supplier panel studies across maisons and regions for dry goods and POSM; identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Deliver detailed sector analyses including risks and opportunities and source new suppliers in France and internationally.
  • Develop procurement tools and templates aligned with maison strategies and best practices.
  • Perform benchmarking and knowledge management to capture and disseminate category intelligence.
  • Manage supplier relationships and follow commercial performance, quality and delivery KPIs.
  • Conduct market watch for primary and secondary packaging and feed insights into sourcing strategies.
  • Contribute to procurement budgets and medium‑term purchasing plans for Moët Hennessy.
  • Coordinate procurement activities with LVMH central teams and interface with internal stakeholders (Maison Buyers, Development, Logistics, Quality, Sustainability).

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or completing a Master 2 (or equivalent) with a specialization in Purchasing/Procurement, Business or Engineering.
  • Minimum six months' proven experience in a purchasing role within a large company.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with ARIBA, COGNOS and SAP is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Curiosity, intellectual agility, integrity, initiative and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to synthesise complex issues and work effectively in cross‑functional teams.

Experience

Entry-level apprenticeship requiring at least 6 months' prior purchasing experience within a large organisation; experience in luxury goods or wines & spirits is a plus.

Education

Master's degree (Master 2 level) in Purchasing/Procurement, Business, Engineering or equivalent (enrolment in a relevant alternance/apprenticeship programme).
