PR & Digital Intern at LVMH Fragrance Brands in London. Support PR and digital teams in media relations, influencer management, and e-commerce campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the PR Executive and Digital teams in executing key departmental objectives and press/influencer launch campaigns
  • Serve as primary point of contact for journalist and media enquiries, handling and logging requests promptly and efficiently
  • Manage and update media and influencer contact databases on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate product seeding and distribution to journalists, bloggers, and influencers; manage logistics of large-scale mailings and monitor social coverage following each activation
  • Compile, upload, and distribute all print and online press coverage to internal stakeholders and the International PR team using the Clippings platform
  • Monitor brand buzz and competitor activity using influencer tracking platforms; create campaigns around influencer activations and events
  • Coordinate product launches across all e-retailers to drive sales and maximise commercial opportunities
  • Produce local creative banners and digital assets using Adobe Photoshop in accordance with global brand asset guidelines
  • Ensure e-retailer websites maintain accurate content, creative assets, and copy compliant with brand guidelines
  • Liaise with external agencies and suppliers regarding asset production, validation, and implementation with e-retailers
  • Monitor e-retailer platform visibility for both brand and competitor products, reporting key opportunities to the business
  • Assist with booking travel and compiling itineraries for press and influencer trips
  • Manage product cupboard inventory, order stock for new launches, and process purchase orders via SAP
  • Compile internal reports and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties and maintain budget tracking systems

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop or demonstrable design software proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous proofreading ability
  • Demonstrated passion for public relations and media relations
  • Knowledge of UK fashion, beauty, and lifestyle bloggers and influencers
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise competing projects, and manage time effectively
  • Capability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience

Beginner-level experience with a passion for public relations and media engagement. Prior internship experience in PR, marketing, or communications is desirable but not required.

Education

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. High school qualification (GCSE/A-Level equivalent) minimum.
