Point of Sale Manager at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, Madrid. Manage retail brand presence, drive sales, and lead teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent brand values as an ambassador at point of sale, ensuring effective communication and brand alignment
  • Maintain and enhance in-store brand image through merchandising execution according to brand guidelines and location optimization
  • Manage point-of-sale materials for retail events, ensuring timely and correct implementation across all assigned stores
  • Capture tester sample orders aligned with individual store potential
  • Produce regular stock reports, conduct sales and competitive analysis as requested by management
  • Coordinate and motivate in-store teams to achieve commercial objectives
  • Plan and schedule store visit calendars
  • Collaborate with delegates and cross-functional departments to achieve brand targets and annual retailer plans
  • Monitor compliance with commercial agreements and report findings to delegates
  • Develop deep product knowledge of brand benefits and characteristics; conduct in-store training and promote online learning platforms
  • Deliver product training sessions aligned with marketing plans to enhance team engagement and customer experience
  • Support brand sales during key commercial periods and product launches, driving promotional targets and zone market share growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational qualification in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury perfumes and cosmetics
  • Proven experience managing teams at point of sale and achieving sales targets
  • Valid driving licence
  • Availability for frequent travel

Experience
