Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the collection, consistency checking, and validation of workforce data for monthly and annual reports.
- Monitor retroactive updates and adjustments in monthly reports.
- Collaborate with local HR contributors to ensure data accuracy.
- Contribute to the drafting of reporting procedures.
- Produce monthly reports for central teams.
- Assist in the management, verification, and updating of access and participants in Group reporting tools.
- Respond to ad hoc requests for HR data and workforce-related KPIs from internal clients.
- Support the HR Controlling community by preparing meetings and providing assistance.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Social Management Control, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally with some exposure to data analysis or HR systems.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in a relevant field.
Workplace
