  • Translate talent and user needs into product requirements and user stories.
  • Prioritize and scale high-value AI use cases for career development, learning and mobility; track adoption, user value and business impact to guide product decisions.
  • Coordinate HR and technical stakeholders to support successful delivery, adoption and impact.
  • Anticipate trends in AI, employee experience and talent development to strengthen the product vision and embed it in the flow of work.
  • Own the roadmap, backlog and ongoing evolution of MaIA for Career Compass, the development bot, in partnership with HRIS, Data Tech and AI Factory teams; keep AI-powered career experiences aligned with business priorities, user needs and HR transformation ambitions.

  • Manage product run phases and define evolution needs in line with the overall people experience vision.
  • Identify opportunities and design and support the scaling of AI agents where applicable; translate business and HR needs into reliable, responsible and scalable employee journeys, from discovery and experimentation through MVP development and continuous improvement.
  • Assess needs, build with and test HR and talent team communities, and bring them on board.
