LVMH seeks People Experience Product Owner in Paris to lead AI-driven talent development products including Career Compass and MaIA.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support and shape the roadmap for Career Compass, Talent Marketplace, and related People Experience products to create integrated talent journeys spanning career, learning, growth, and mobility
  • Translate talent and user needs into product requirements and user stories, prioritizing high-value AI use cases for career development while tracking adoption and business impact
  • Coordinate HR and technical stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery, adoption, and measurable impact across the organization
  • Take ownership of MaIA for Career Compass, defining its roadmap and continuous evolution in partnership with HRIS, Data Tech, and AI Factory teams
  • Manage product backlogs, priorities, and delivery roadmaps, ensuring clear trade-offs, stakeholder alignment, and timely execution across HR, business, and technical teams
  • Identify opportunities to design and scale AI agents and conversational experiences that translate business needs into reliable, scalable employee journeys embedded in the flow of work
  • Build and manage communities within HR and talent teams, assessing needs and supporting the adoption and testing of new solutions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, HR Technology, or AI-enabled digital products
  • Proven experience working within Agile and cross-functional product teams
  • Experience collaborating with Data, Technology, and business stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and their application to HR and employee experience use cases
  • Experience identifying and framing business use cases and translating them into scalable digital or AI solutions
  • Ability to design conversational experiences, agent workflows, and AI-assisted user journeys with hands-on platform experience
  • Demonstrated experience with data-driven product decisions and user feedback integration
  • Knowledge of Employee Experience ecosystems and employee journey design
  • Experience contributing to AI governance principles and ensuring responsible, quality use aligned with business priorities
