The People Experience Product Intern will support LVMH’s employee experience, talent development and digital learning vision, contributing to the design, deployment and engagement of HR digital products such as MaIA for Career Compass and Talent Marketplace. Working across HR, content marketing and technology, the intern will help create straightforward, engaging user journeys that deliver practical value to employees, managers and HR teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse the needs of end users—including employees, managers and HR teams—and translate them into digital product requirements and user stories.
- Help track the roadmap for People Experience products, including MaIA and Talent Marketplace, and ensure consistency across learning, career and mobility journeys.
- Coordinate technical teams, including HRIS, Data Tech and IA Factory, with HR teams to facilitate the delivery of new features.
- Lead digital communications to support adoption of HR tools and employee experience, including creating high-quality presentation materials, writing newsletters and developing content marketing.
- Engage user communities and HR teams across the Maisons through workshops, feedback gathering and sharing best practices.
- Monitor innovation trends in AI applied to HR, digital learning and user experience (UX).
- Track activity and analyse impact using adoption and usage data (KPIs) to recommend continuous feature improvements.
