LVMH — People Experience Assistant (Apprenticeship) in Paris: support performance cycles, data analysis and employee experience for the Group HR team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the orchestration of the performance management cycle: assist with planning, follow-ups and deliverables to ensure a smooth and structured campaign.
- Develop and update manager and employee-facing materials (guides, Q&As, templates, communications), ensuring clarity and alignment with LVMH culture and standards.
- Consolidate data, monitor progress and completion rates, and contribute to dashboards, analyses and presentations for key stakeholders.
- Collect and synthesise feedback (surveys, stakeholder interviews) and propose concrete improvements to processes, tools and employee experience.
- Research market best practices and emerging trends; produce concise benchmark notes and contribute to content (articles, learning kits, video assets, webinars/workshops).
- Contribute to cross‑functional coordination across Group HR and Maison HR teams on projects that impact the employee experience.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills in English; French used as the daily working language.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and capability to produce clear PowerPoint presentations.
- Curiosity for employee experience, HR practices and new ways of working.
- Team-oriented, proactive, reliable and committed to producing high-quality, professional deliverables.
- Advanced-level education in Human Resources, Business (Grande École), Occupational Psychology, Organisational Development or a related field; prior internship in an HR or adjacent function is a plus.

Entry-level / apprenticeship: prior internship or first experience in HR, employee experience or people-related projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Higher education in Human Resources, Business/Management, Occupational Psychology, Organisational Development or a closely related discipline.
