LVMH — Paris: People Experience Assistant (Apprenticeship) to support Group HR in performance management, analytics and employee experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the orchestration of the performance management cycle (planning, tracking, deliverables) to ensure a smooth, structured and impactful campaign.
- Design, update and improve manager and employee materials (guides, Q&A, templates, communication messages) aligned with Group standards.
- Consolidate data, monitor progress and completion rates, and prepare analyses, dashboards and stakeholder presentations.
- Collect and synthesise feedback from surveys and stakeholder discussions to propose concrete improvements to processes and tools.
- Conduct market benchmarks and track emerging employee experience and HR trends; draft concise benchmark notes.
- Contribute to the creation of communication and learning assets (articles, educational kits, videos, webinars/workshops) on employee experience topics.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills; very good written English and daily use of French.
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to consolidate data and produce clear syntheses.
- Proactive team player, reliable and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Commitment to high-quality, professional deliverables consistent with luxury brand standards.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level / beginner. Academic background in HR or related field with at least one prior internship or short experience in HR, people analytics or related functions considered a plus.
Education
Higher education in Human Resources, Business School, Occupational/Work Psychology, Organisational Development or a closely related discipline.
