LVMH — People Experience Apprentice in Paris (Ile‑de‑France). Apprenticeship in employee experience and performance management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end performance management cycle: coordinate planning, track progress and deliverables to ensure a structured, on‑time campaign.
- Prepare and maintain manager and employee materials: draft guides, Q&A, templates and communication messages aligned with LVMH standards.
- Consolidate and analyse data: monitor completion rates, produce dashboards and contribute to stakeholder presentations.
- Collect and synthesise employee feedback via surveys and stakeholder interviews to identify improvement opportunities for processes and tools.
- Conduct market benchmarks and monitor emerging trends in employee experience; produce concise benchmark notes and content for internal communications (articles, toolkits, videos, webinars).
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- High quality written communication, including strong written English; French expected as the primary working language.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency with office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Curiosity about employee experience, performance management and evolving ways of working.
- Team player, proactive and reliable; ability to produce polished, professional deliverables consistent with LVMH standards.
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level (apprenticeship). A first internship or practical exposure to HR, employee experience or related projects is a strong advantage.
Education
Pursuing higher education in Human Resources, Business School, Work/Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development or a closely related discipline.
