LVMH — People Experience Apprentice in Paris: apprenticeship supporting performance management, HR analysis and employee experience projects (September 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the orchestration of the performance management cycle: assist with planning, tracking deliverables and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.
- Design and update manager and employee materials (guides, FAQs, templates, communication messages) to ensure clarity and LVMH‑aligned tone and quality.
- Consolidate data, monitor completion rates and prepare analyses, dashboards and stakeholder presentations to inform decision‑making.
- Collect and synthesise feedback from surveys and stakeholder discussions to propose concrete process and experience improvements.
- Conduct market benchmarks and track emerging trends in employee experience and ways of working; produce concise benchmark notes and communication content (articles, toolkits, video supports, virtual workshops).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education programme in Human Resources, Business School, Organisational Psychology, Organisation Development or a related field.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Very good written English; French is the working language on a daily basis.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and experience building clear PowerPoint presentations.
- Curiosity for employee experience, performance management practices and new ways of working.
- Team‑oriented, proactive, reliable and committed to producing high‑quality deliverables aligned with LVMH standards.
- Previous internship experience in HR or a related area is a plus.

Experience
Entry‑level / apprenticeship: academic background in HR or a related discipline. A prior internship on HR topics or people projects is desirable but not required.
Education
Enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Business School, Organisational Psychology, Organisation Development or a related field.
