Role & Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and ensure the reliability of non-financial KPIs for monthly and annual reports.
  • Communicate and create presentations for stakeholders including Comex, HR Directors, Maisons, and Top Management.
  • Produce workforce analyses for LVMH HR and Business Leaders, as well as ad hoc analyses.
  • Create dashboards for data visualization.
  • Contribute to the management of the indicator database comprising 30 monthly and over 100 annual indicators.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of reporting tools and participate in their optimization and evolution.
  • Support and assist the HR Reporting community of over 1,000 members.
  • Develop and produce materials to educate and train contributors on various topics.
  • Contribute to webinars and training sessions for the HR Reporting community.
  • Manage contributor requests and exploit HR data to analyze trends for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent in business school or university.
  • Interest in HR Data topics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French for a multicultural international environment.
  • Demonstrates rigor, curiosity, and attentiveness.
  • Critical thinking, organizational skills, and teamwork ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners with a keen interest in HR data analytics.

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
