Parfums Givenchy Account Manager at John Lewis Oxford Street, London. Lead beauty counter sales and team in luxury fragrance and cosmetics retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Set sales targets aligned with company expectations and actively coach team members to achieve or exceed targets
- Drive personal and team sales of Parfums Givenchy products across fragrance, makeup, and skincare categories
- Upsell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units sold
- Educate and train Beauty Consultants on product heritage, usage, and benefits
- Demonstrate products through flash makeovers and confidently address customer objections
- Initiate proactive customer engagement both at the counter and through traffic-stopping activities
- Manage team performance, identify coaching opportunities, and support professional development
- Manage stock levels in partnership with the Area Manager to maintain optimal inventory
- Grow business through events, appointments, and return bookings
- Ensure compliance with operational, administrative, and merchandise management standards
- Build strong relationships with store management and adhere to store and company policies
- Monitor Mystery Shopping scores and maintain service excellence standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant beauty retail or luxury brand experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Expert knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance products
- Strong selling and negotiation skills with proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in makeup application and product demonstration
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards befitting a luxury brand ambassador
