Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee packaging and conditioning operations to guarantee product availability while maintaining safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards
- Lead continuous improvement performance initiatives within the factory's progress framework, directing the conditioning workshop toward operational excellence
- Ensure product quality standards by maintaining strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), specific requirements, and hygiene procedures
- Manage and develop a team of 60 operators: organize work schedules, conduct personnel development including training and performance reviews, and animate professional development pathways
- Guarantee production scheduling alignment with the planning department, maintaining service levels and timely campaign launches
- Drive workshop improvement initiatives by piloting daily performance indicators (SQCD) and continuous improvement projects such as 5S, TPM, SMED, and zero-defect programs
- Participate in production unit budget management including budget preparation, investment planning, and establishment of production cost standards
- Enforce environmental compliance and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of team management experience in a production environment
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams toward continuous improvement
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach
