Nona Source (LVMH) seeks an Operations Project Assistant for a 6-month internship in Paris. Support circular fashion initiatives at Europe's leading fashion sustainability hub.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Projects Lead in defining, planning, and deploying operational projects
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with Nona Source teams, document meeting minutes, and collaborate with warehouse operations
- Propose improvements to existing operational processes and workflows
- Contribute to the creation of data analysis tools (inventory, finance, etc.) using Power BI for strategic decision-making and regular reporting
- Support the logistical coordination and execution of company events
- Contribute to the drafting of presentations for senior LVMH leadership
- Provide ad hoc field support at warehouse and showroom locations
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a business school or engineering school program
- Demonstrated aptitude for digital technologies and operations
- Strong analytical and numerical reasoning capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Entrepreneurial mindset and startup culture orientation

Experience
Beginner-level experience or equivalent demonstrated capability; no prior professional operations experience required.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business school or engineering school program.
