Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and publish commercial sales on the employees‑only e‑commerce platform: verify catalogue ingestion from Maisons, configure sale parameters in tools, and validate customer experience prior to go‑live.
  • Ensure tool conformity to business needs by acting as the primary operational contact for service providers: report incidents, perform acceptance testing of fixes and small enhancements, and update request statuses.
  • Provide first‑level operational oversight during and after sales: monitor automated and manual processes, coordinate with Maisons, logistics partners and customer service, and act as their privileged interlocutor.
  • Drive continuous improvement: propose and support process and tooling enhancements to increase operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Maintain commercial reporting for Maisons and escalate metrics and operational issues to line management (N+1).

Qualifications

  • Higher education diploma (Bachelor’s level or equivalent).
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in operations, e‑commerce, retail operations or a related field.
  • Demonstrable ability to coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (Maisons, logistics, customer service, vendors).
  • Strong organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise, work autonomously and manage concurrent projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, synthesis capability and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • High level of rigor, responsiveness and dynamism.
  • Very good command of English (business level).

Experience

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in operations, e‑commerce or retail operations, including coordination with external vendors and cross‑border stakeholders.
