LVMH Paris: Online Brand Protection Manager role protecting intellectual property across digital channels. Permanent, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage a network of dedicated service providers tracking counterfeit products and parallel market goods across digital sales channels, social networks, and standalone websites
- Analyze results and produce reporting for the Maisons; define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance rates
- Identify emerging counterfeit trends and adapt anti-counterfeiting strategy accordingly
- Develop targeting and prioritization methodologies for investigations and enforcement actions
- Research and implement innovative solutions leveraging artificial intelligence, data analytics, and platform technologies to enhance detection, prioritization, and enforcement effectiveness
- Test and onboard new service providers and technological tools
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with major international digital actors (APAC, United States, Europe)
- Demonstrate mastery of digital mechanisms including domain registrars, hosting providers, DNS systems, online advertising services, marketplaces, and social networks
Qualifications
- University-level legal education specializing in Intellectual Property Law (Master's degree or equivalent)
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar anti-counterfeiting or online brand protection role within an international organization
- Fluent in French and English, both written and oral
- Expert-level knowledge of online counterfeiting detection technologies and platform procedures (notification and removal protocols)
- Strong communication, listening, and teamwork skills
- Rigorous, organized, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency with digital tools and technologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects autonomously, with both proactive and reactive capacity

Experience
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in intellectual property protection, brand defense, or anti-counterfeiting operations, with at least 5 years specifically dedicated to combating online counterfeiting within a multinational or large-scale international enterprise. Direct experience managing third-party service provider networks and coordinating with major digital platforms is essential.
Education
University-level legal education with specialization in Intellectual Property Law; Master's degree (Master 2) or equivalent advanced qualification is required.
