Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the organisation and facilitation of Omnichannel Orchestration projects: contribute to strategic development, prepare and animate workshops, assist in stakeholder meetings and create presentation materials.
  • Conduct Omnichannel studies and analyses: perform internal benchmarks, competitive intelligence, market analysis, opportunity studies and syntheses of sector reports and references.
  • Propose and implement continuous improvements to processes, documentation, materials and digital tools to enhance the efficiency of networked teams and streamline cross‑departmental collaboration.
  • Engage with divisions and Maisons across the Group, meet international stakeholders and participate in cross‑Maison programmes to gain a panoramic view of omnichannel operations.
  • Deliver clear, data‑driven insights and presentation deliverables to support decision‑making within the Omnichannel Orchestration team and the Digital direction.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master 1 or Master 2 (or equivalent) at a Business School or university.
  • First significant experience in consulting or project management (internship or entry role); prior exposure to luxury or retail is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in data and artificial intelligence, performance analysis, and the development of processes and digital tools.
  • Excellent methodological skills in project management, with proven organisation, rigour and proactivity.
  • Fluency in French and English (both spoken and written); ability to work effectively in international, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Curious mindset, positive attitude and adaptability to operate within a complex, fast‑paced corporate ecosystem.
