LVMH Beauty Tech, the technology team supporting LVMH’s Beauty Division and Maisons including Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Loewe, and Fenty Beauty, is seeking an Omnichannel Multi-Brand Beauty Project Assistant. This full-time, six-month internship starts in January 2027 and is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine; an academic institution internship agreement is required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define features and projects with product owners and e-commerce/client project managers, ensuring the technical scope is clear and supports user-story breakdown, development estimates, and engagement of the stakeholders needed to progress.
- Build and update cross-functional roadmaps and facilitate Maison delivery meetings.
- Update project-tracking documents, including meeting minutes, reporting, and progress presentations.
- Manage and monitor production and delivery KPIs.
- Organize and schedule tasks, developments, and testing for other cross-functional teams within LVMH Beauty Tech.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at an engineering or business school, or pursuing a Master’s degree at Bac+4/5 level.
- Analytical mindset.
- Versatility and ability to work on several projects in parallel.
- Excellent communication and ability to influence multidisciplinary, multicultural stakeholders across Business, Tech, and regional teams.
- Adaptability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
