Role & Responsibilities
- Support the olfactory evaluation team in preparing and following fragrance concentrate trials for cosmetic products (skincare and make‑up).
- Implement fragrance concentrates into cosmetic bases and prepare samples for sensory assessment.
- Conduct olfactory assessments and monitor olfactory stability over time.
- Draft concise technical summaries, annotations and reports using the team’s internal documentation tools.
- Perform competitive monitoring of new cosmetic launches: organise internal olfactory evaluation sessions, synthesise sensory descriptions and produce olfactory mapping to present results.
- Contribute to cross‑functional activities within the Olfactory Evaluation team as needed.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+3 to Bac+5 programme in chemistry, perfumery, or a closely related scientific discipline.
- Solid understanding of olfactory families and common perfumery raw materials.
- Strong organisational skills, rigor and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good interpersonal skills and an aptitude for collaborative, team‑based work.
- Creative sensibility and confidence in presenting and visualising information.

Open to beginners; suitable for students without prior professional experience. Prior academic laboratory or sensory evaluation exposure is an advantage.
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in chemistry, perfumery or a related scientific field.
