Role & Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational leadership for global early talent programs, ensuring alignment with Group strategy and measurable impact across the Maisons.
• Design and deliver strategic content spanning advanced recruitment, onboarding, learning & development curricula and community engagement activities, with responsibility for the LVMH SPRING Graduates program.
• Incubate and operationalize new program frameworks, coordinate cross-functional pilot launches and scale successful initiatives from lab format to worldwide implementation.
• Lead, mentor and develop talent within programs, fostering a high-performance culture and clear career pathways for participants.
• Build and maintain high-visibility stakeholder relationships across HR, business functions and maison leadership to secure buy-in and coordinated execution.
• Formalize and disseminate best practices and standardized processes across the Group; synthesize feedback to iterate program design.
• Conduct market intelligence and benchmarking to identify innovative early-career practices and integrate competitive insights into program strategy.
• Define, monitor and report on KPIs and ROI; drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and performance optimisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience leading talent, recruitment, learning & development and engagement programs within complex, matrix organisations.
• Proven track record of designing and scaling graduate or early-career programmes internationally, including pilot-to-rollout delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional governance at a Group level.
• Strong aptitude for talent assessment, mentoring and development; able to translate individual potential into structured career pathways.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (essential); professional proficiency in French highly preferred.
• Strategic creativity with a bias for execution and measurable outcomes; strong analytical capability to monitor KPIs and ROI.
• High cultural sensitivity to the luxury sector and ability to operate in high-expectation environments.

Experience

Minimum 10 years leading talent acquisition, learning & development and community engagement initiatives in complex, matrix organisations, with demonstrable experience scaling pilot programmes internationally and managing senior stakeholders.

Education

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline preferred; Bachelor's degree with substantial relevant experience will be considered.
