Givenchy Fragrance Mobile Ambassador — Full-time in London for Givenchy (LVMH Fragrance Brands). Drive sales and deliver premium fragrance client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Givenchy fragrance portfolio in assigned Boots locations, delivering exceptional client experiences and cultivating brand loyalty
- Achieve daily and monthly retail KPIs (ATV, ATU, seated services, VIP conversions, return appointments) through proactive selling and clienteling
- Execute traffic-stopping selling techniques to increase footfall and conversion
- Provide personalised fragrance consultations and product application demonstrations to customers
- Maintain merchandising, hygiene and visual standards in line with Givenchy and retailer guidelines
- Support in-store and out-of-store marketing and promotional activities, including major sales events
- Collaborate with the Account Manager and Area Manager to ensure smooth account operations and service continuity
- Adhere to company and store policies, and contribute to a professional, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- Demonstrable passion for fragrance and luxury beauty
- Competent make-up and product application skills
- Target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives
- Strong verbal communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and support store leadership
- Prior retail experience in the fragrance or beauty sector preferred

Entry-level role; previous experience in retail or the fragrance/beauty industry is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should be customer-focused and able to demonstrate sales aptitude.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or beauty/cosmetology qualifications advantageous.
