Givenchy seeks a Mobile Fragrance Ambassador in Bristol (H Beauty & Boots) — full-time role delivering fragrance expertise, client service and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire customers through Givenchy storytelling and deliver exceptional, personalised customer service
- Proactively approach guests, build authentic connections and nurture client relationships
- Maintain up-to-date product and fragrance knowledge, including new launches and creative concepts
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets; demonstrate a strong commercial mindset
- Maintain store standards including stock replenishment, visual merchandising and presentation
- Plan, promote and deliver in‑store events and experiential activations
- Work flexibly across retailer opening hours, including evenings and weekends, to support multi-retailer coverage
Qualifications
- Professional grooming and presentation consistent with luxury brand standards
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident in client engagement
- Flexible availability to cover retailer hours and store events
- Strong commercial orientation with enthusiasm for meeting and exceeding targets
- Passion for fragrance and beauty with willingness to learn and maintain product expertise

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail or sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates who can demonstrate customer-facing experience, commercial awareness and a genuine interest in fragrance will be prioritised.
Education
No formal degree required; GCSEs or equivalent or vocational retail/beauty qualifications are desirable.
