LVMH Media — Media Project Assistant (Internship) in Paris. Support EMEA paid‑media reporting, agency performance measurement and media monitoring.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support management of cross‑market media projects by preparing presentations and quantitative analyses across Press, Out‑of‑Home, Television and Digital channels.
- Develop and deploy budget reporting and consolidation tools; ensure accuracy and timely distribution of financial and performance reports.
- Control quality, consistency and delivery timelines for data and reports provided by partner media agencies.
- Design and distribute agency performance and satisfaction surveys; collect, analyse and synthesise feedback from Maisons across EMEA.
- Conduct media monitoring and press clipping within the luxury sector and adjacent markets to surface trends and competitive activity.
- Support team operations: organise internal events (All Brands Meeting, Steering Committee), manage magazine library and maintain Maison contact lists, and participate in weekly team rituals.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 (business school, engineering school or equivalent); seeking end‑of‑studies internship or second gap‑year placement.
- Previous internship or work experience in media, agency, publisher/regie or advertiser is desirable.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Rigorous, proactive, adaptable, with strong attention to detail and good editorial skills.

Entry‑level internship targeting Master 1 or Master 2 students. A first experience in media (agency, publisher/regie or in‑house advertiser) is preferred but not mandatory.
