Overview

LVMH Media is the Group's central media department responsible for optimising paid-media buying, supervising national media agencies and disseminating media intelligence and trainings across markets to maximise brand visibility.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support EMEA media projects by preparing presentations, market analyses and themed reports (e.g., airport media activities, agency value assessments, market annual meetings).
  • Contribute to the design, consolidation and deployment of budgetary reporting tools and centralised media dashboards.
  • Validate the quality, consistency and timeliness of reporting and data delivered by partner media agencies.
  • Design, distribute and manage satisfaction questionnaires for partner agencies and collect survey responses from Maisons across EMEA.
  • Analyse and synthesise survey results and other performance data to inform agency performance reviews.
  • Assist with internal event coordination (All Brands Meeting, Steering Committees) and maintain the magazines/library circulated across Europe.
  • Participate in regular team rituals (weekly check-ins, Media breakfasts) and provide general administrative support to the EMEA team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s-level) programme in Business School, University or equivalent with a specialisation in Management, Marketing or Communication.
  • Proactive, curious, highly organised and rigorous with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise quantitative and qualitative information.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with Office information systems and collaborative platforms; comfortable learning internal tools.
  • A prior internship or experience in a media agency or paid-media environment is a plus.

Experience

Suitable for students and recent graduates (beginner level). A first internship or professional exposure in a media agency or paid-media function is advantageous but not required.
