LVMH Watches & Jewelry seeks a Mechanical Watchmaker in Springfield, NJ to test and repair mechanical watches for consumers and retailers.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Test, diagnose and repair mechanical watches using prescribed equipment and manufacturer methods.
  • Disassemble, clean, adjust and calibrate movements and components to brand specifications.
  • Prepare accurate service estimates that reflect required repairs and parts.
  • Ensure all repair work meets the maison's quality and finishing standards before release.
  • Meet assigned productivity and turnaround-time targets for consumer and retailer repairs.
  • Document service history and communicate technical findings to retail partners and after‑sales teams.

Qualifications

  • WOSTEP certification preferred, or minimum 5 years' proven experience in mechanical watch repair.
  • Demonstrable mastery of mechanical movement assembly, regulation and timing adjustments.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity suitable for fine mechanical work.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage workflow and sustain required productivity levels.
  • Effective collaborator in a workshop environment with clear communication skills.

Experience
