LVMH Fragrance Brands, Levallois-Perret: Master Data Project Manager Apprentice for Givenchy & Kenzo with database transformation focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure data quality and integrity within ERP, PIM, and PLM systems through systematic controls and item request management
- Provide technical support to Marketing and Development teams on product creation and marketing text distribution tools
- Produce monthly operational reports including data completeness metrics and product launch performance (OTIF) indicators
- Lead and coordinate database migration project to transition to a new data solution platform
- Collaborate with LVMH IT teams and LFB Data teams to consolidate data tables and define management rules for automated worldwide product catalogue production
- Implement reporting and performance tracking tools including Power BI dashboards for project monitoring
- Participate in cross-functional master data transformation initiatives alongside Customer Service, IT, and Logistics teams
Qualifications
- Engineering degree with specialization in Supply Chain or equivalent Data/IT engineering background
- Demonstrated proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and enterprise information systems such as SAP
- Experience with cross-functional logistics, data, and supply chain projects demonstrating process and workflow understanding
- Strong analytical capabilities and structured, rigorous work methodology
- Proven ability to facilitate communication across diverse stakeholder groups and adapt to varied work environments
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level professional with completed coursework in engineering (Supply Chain specialization) or data engineering; hands-on experience from academic or internship projects in logistics, data systems, or supply chain processes.
Education
Engineering degree in progress (Master's level) with specialization in Supply Chain or equivalent Data Engineering discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Levallois-Perret, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
