LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks a marketing operations intern in Levallois-Perret to support Givenchy and Kenzo brand export campaigns across Europe and Africa.
Role & Responsibilities
- Validate all promotional animations against corporate guidelines and manage planogram definitions and local execution tracking
- Monitor countries to obtain launch and campaign reports including photos, videos, and results; produce launch reports and newsletters
- Prepare analysis files and participate actively in market forecast rechallenge processes
- Manage digital assets and pre-validate social media posts; pre-validate influencer profiles and track campaign performance metrics
- Provide operational coordination and support for internal meetings, seminars, and conventions; assist the team with product orders, point-of-sale materials, Beauty Box coordination, sample loan management, data extractions, and PowerPoint presentations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program (bachelor's level 4-5)
- Fluent in both French and English (written and oral proficiency required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Well-organized, reliable, and motivated with strong team collaboration skills
- Demonstrated sensitivity to luxury industry, particularly fragrance and cosmetics sector

Entry-level or minimal professional experience; prior marketing exposure is advantageous but not required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a business school degree or equivalent university program at bachelor's level (bac+4 or bac+5)

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,400 per month.
