LVMH Fragrance Brands — Marketing Intern in Zurich (Internship). Trade marketing position supporting Kenzo and Givenchy, 6–12 month placement starting 01.07.2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of the trade marketing plan in line with the brand marketing calendar and retailers' activation schedules.
  • Create briefs and coordinate production of point-of-sale and website materials with retailers and suppliers to ensure consistent brand image.
  • Provide operational support for ad-hoc retail events and masterclasses, including on-site coordination.
  • Monitor competitors: build monthly competitor decks for Switzerland and Austria covering launches, sell-out indicators and market share; identify best practices to inform launch execution.
  • Conduct regular store visits across key points of sale to gather market and merchandising insights.
  • Develop and deliver training tools for retail teams (product presentations, training sheets, BC boxes) and organize online and on-site training sessions.
  • Animate the e-learning community and drive implementation of the training plan on the dedicated app with initiatives to boost engagement.
  • Ensure brand image is expressed perfectly in POS by updating visuals for each launch, supervising product listings with key accounts, and creating planograms for merchandising configurations.
  • Support the retail team with day-to-day merchandising requests and liaise with accounts to secure listings and visibility.

Qualifications

  • Final-year master’s student in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
  • Previous internship experience in marketing or retail preferred.
  • Fluent English; good knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage projects autonomously.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and perseverance.
  • Open communicator with an enthusiastic, team-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
