Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across brand, trade and digital channels, including asset preparation and performance reporting.
- Assist operational marketing activities for product launches and in‑store activations: coordinate demos/samples, prepare sales materials, and liaise with cross‑functional teams.
- Coordinate PR and influencer relations: support event logistics, agency coordination, media and influencer engagement, and monitoring/clipping activities.
- Contribute to media planning and campaign execution across traditional, social and digital channels; assist with agency briefings and campaign optimisation.
- Support e‑retail, e‑commerce and CRM tasks: assist in opening/managing e‑corners, execute CRM campaigns, and analyse sales and campaign performance.
- Maintain market intelligence: monitor competitor activity, track trends, and prepare summaries and presentations for internal teams.
- Manage administrative and reporting tasks: supplier coordination, inventory/material management and preparation of KPI reports.
Qualifications
- Eligible to sign a university internship agreement (must be a final‑year student).
- Full‑time availability for a 12‑month internship starting May/June 2026.
- Fluent English and Spanish (C1 level required); French is a plus.
- Proficient with Windows, MS Office, Adobe Pack and SAP environments.
- Previous internship experience in marketing, PR, media or digital is an advantage.
- Some positions may require specific academic background or basic knowledge of specialised tools depending on the sub‑department.
