Role & Responsibilities
- Support creation of digital assets and banners for e‑retail channels and ensure timely product listing launches across department store and marketplace platforms.

- Coordinate and track social visibility and PR campaign launches, liaising with PR agencies and retail partners to ensure timely delivery of product and materials.
- Support CRM initiatives including EDM planning and setup, and assist with Digital NIF submissions for Sephora listings.
- Plan and coordinate trade and retail marketing activities: vendor sourcing, in‑store communication materials, off‑site events and alignment with Beauty Consultants.
- Prepare and maintain post‑campaign and post‑event performance reports and update budget/financial tracking for quotations and invoices.
- Conduct competitor monitoring and mystery shopping; compile monthly reports on competitor e‑commerce, PR and in‑store activations and product positioning.
- Provide ad hoc support to the regional marketing team on administrative, coordination and research tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree and available to commit to a full‑time internship for a minimum of six months (July–December 2026 or longer).
- Detail‑oriented, able to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills, able to perform under pressure and meet tight timelines.
- Aesthetic sensibility and genuine interest in beauty, style and design.

Beginner — undergraduate student with little or no prior professional experience required; internship candidates should demonstrate relevant coursework or extracurricular activity in marketing, communications or retail and be available full‑time for at least six months.
