Bulgari Parfums Marketing Executive in Shanghai | Support luxury fragrance launches, campaigns, forecasting & regulatory compliance with LVMH.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end execution of new fragrance launches, including timeline management, cross-functional coordination, and local market adaptation
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans and seasonal campaigns aligned with global brand guidelines
- Coordinate with creative agencies and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets, visuals, copy, and digital content
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer insights within the luxury fragrance sector
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market share to support strategic decision-making
- Manage monthly and quarterly sales forecast processes in collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain teams
- Analyze sell-out data, market trends, and promotional calendars to refine forecast assumptions and optimize inventory levels
- Monitor stock availability and identify potential out-of-stock or overstock risks
- Drive product registration by liaising with local regulatory authorities, external agents, and internal quality and legal teams
- Track registration status and maintain a comprehensive database of regulatory documents and certificates
- Ensure all product claims, labeling, and marketing materials comply with local cosmetic regulations and brand standards
- Maintain organized archives of marketing materials, campaign results, and product documentation
- Assist in tracking marketing budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate expenditure records
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing or product management within luxury goods, perfumes, or cosmetics
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research methodologies
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in cosmetics and luxury fragrance markets
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with budget management and financial reporting
Skills
Experience
Background in marketing, product coordination, or brand management within luxury goods, perfumes, cosmetics, or related sectors. Prior experience supporting product launches, managing marketing campaigns, or working with regulatory compliance preferred.
Education
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications in marketing or product management are advantageous.
