LVMH Fragrance Brands internship: Marketing Development Assistant in fine fragrance at Levallois-Perret, January–July 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans for 2027, 2028, and 2029 across assigned fragrance lines
- Support conceptual development, positioning, and coordination of new product launches with creative studios, packaging development, R&D, digital, and merchandising teams
- Contribute to 360-degree strategic planning for launches, including communications, retail displays, press materials, training, and in-store activations
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research and competitive analysis, tracking competitive launches and emerging trends
- Assist in organizing internal and external events, including international industry trade shows
- Provide operational support to Product Managers on assigned projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, Master's in Marketing, or equivalent university programme
- Fluent English (both written and oral communication)
- Demonstrated curiosity and genuine passion for the fragrance and beauty industry
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proactive mindset with appetite for challenges and continuous improvement

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Must be currently enrolled as a student.
Education
Currently pursuing or holding a degree from a business school, Master's programme in Marketing, or equivalent university-level qualification.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Levallois-Perret, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,400 per month.
