LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks Marketing Trainee in Düsseldorf, Germany. Join Givenchy Beauty and Kenzo Parfums team in hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of local marketing and 360° launch plans for Givenchy and selected Kenzo projects
- Prepare monthly business reviews including sell-out analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence with actionable insights
- Contribute to demand forecasting, product planning, and launch preparation for new product innovations
- Assist in campaign execution, brand activations, and localization of marketing materials
- Participate in events, conferences, and exclusive brand experiences with close collaboration across local, European, and global teams
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent field
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and interest in consumer data, market trends, and metrics
- Structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented work approach
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent German and English; French language skills are advantageous
- Passion for luxury, beauty, brands, and consumer trends
Skills
Experience
First practical experience through internships or working student positions in marketing, beauty, luxury, or FMCG is a plus.
Education
Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
