LVMH Beauty Iberia offers 12-month marketing internships in Madrid, Spain starting September 2026 for students in digital marketing, PR, media, trade marketing, and retail marketing roles.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support digital marketing team in executing e-commerce, e-retail, and CRM activities; assist in launching and managing digital campaigns across multiple channels and retailer platforms
- Monitor sales performance, customer behavior, and key performance indicators through detailed reporting and analysis
- Contribute to CRM initiatives, loyalty programs, and competitive benchmarking to optimize digital marketing performance
- Coordinate event logistics and influencer activations; create PR content for media and digital platforms
- Manage communications with international teams and maintain relationships with media and influencer collaborators
- Support planning and execution of media campaigns across traditional, digital, and social channels
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify emerging market trends
- Execute trade marketing plans and in-store activations aligned with brand and retailer strategies
- Develop and implement point-of-sale materials ensuring correct campaign and visual merchandising execution
- Provide operational support in product management, customer analysis, and event coordination
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student eligible to sign a formal 6-month internship agreement through an accredited university
- Fluent English and Spanish proficiency (C1 level minimum required)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong command of MS Office suite
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (required for digital marketing internships)
- Previous internship experience in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred)
