LVMH Beauty Iberia internship in Madrid: 12-month marketing and communications roles starting September 2026. English and Spanish fluency required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support digital marketing team in e-commerce, e-retail, and CRM activities across multiple channels and retailer platforms
- Assist in launch and execution of digital campaigns, monitoring sales performance and key KPIs through reporting and analysis
- Contribute to CRM initiatives, loyalty programs, and competitor benchmarking to optimize digital performance
- Support coordination of events, influencer activations, and creation of PR content for media and digital platforms
- Manage event logistics and assist in influencer and media collaborations while maintaining communication with international teams
- Monitor PR activities, analyze KPIs, and prepare performance reports
- Support planning and execution of media campaigns across traditional, digital, and social channels
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to optimize media effectiveness and efficiency
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify market trends
- Support execution of trade marketing plans and in-store activations aligned with brand and retailer strategies
- Coordinate development of POS materials and ensure correct implementation of campaigns and visual merchandising
- Assist with supplier management, logistics, budgeting, and administrative tasks
- Support market, customer, and competitor analysis to drive marketing and promotional strategies
- Provide operational support in product management processes, including registrations and order handling
- Collaborate on trade activations and event materials with internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Eligible to sign a 12-month internship agreement through an official university
- Full-time availability for 12 months
- Fluent English and Spanish (C1 level required)
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in other MS Office tools
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (required for Digital marketing internships)
- Previous internship experience (preferred)
