LVMH — Manufacturing Excellence Project Manager in Paris. Lead group-level manufacturing and Industry 4.0 projects across Maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate group-level operational manufacturing projects, aligning multiple Maisons and relevant corporate functions while providing methodological guidance and best practices.
  • Contribute to Maison-led innovation initiatives, including Industry 4.0 and digitalised production pilots.
  • Design, prepare and facilitate cross-functional working groups on manufacturing topics (product development, industrial supply, production, safety, quality assurance, Lean).
  • Develop project roadmaps, KPIs and implementation plans; monitor progress and escalate risks to the Manufacturing Excellence Director.
  • Travel regularly to headquarters and Maison production sites to drive deployment, stakeholder alignment and on-site diagnostics.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (M2) — ideally from an engineering or business school.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in manufacturing (product development, industrial supply, production) within perfumery, cosmetics or food industries.
  • Proven project management expertise with a track record of driving cross-functional, multi-site initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to operate in multicultural, international environments.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to write and synthesise findings clearly and impactfully.
  • Fluency in English; Italian is an asset.

Experience
