LVMH M&A Legal Intern, Paris 8th arrondissement, January 2027, 6-month internship in corporate transaction law.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support M&A operations through legal due diligence assistance, transaction structuring, preparation of signing and closing documentation
- Assist in drafting and negotiating contracts including acquisition/sale agreements, shareholder pacts, commercial and distribution agreements
- Coordinate with external French and international counsel on multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Monitor and prepare summaries on legislative, regulatory, and jurisprudential developments in corporate law and contract law
- Conduct ad hoc legal research and prepare translations
Qualifications
- Passed CRFPA entrance examination
- Master's degree in Business Law or General Private Law
- Dual qualification in political science, business school, or LL.M is valued
- Significant internship experience in the M&A department of a law firm
Skills
Experience
Significant internship experience within the M&A department of a law firm or similar legal practice environment. Demonstrated expertise in corporate transactions and contract negotiation required.
Education
Master's degree in Business Law (Droit des Affaires) or General Private Law (Droit Privé Général). CRFPA entrance examination passed. Dual qualification in political science, business school, or LL.M is valued.
