LVMH seeks a management control intern to support the Group's Selective Distribution division, working within the management control department to track performance across luxury maisons, guide strategic development, and provide analytical insights to executive leadership. The role encompasses monthly performance analysis of revenue and operational results, budget review and synthesis, operational investment analysis, and competitive market intelligence. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Selective Distribution Control Manager to deliver analytical reports and strategic recommendations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze branch performance by producing monthly commentaries on activity across maisons and the division, covering revenue, operating results, and cash flow, with synthesis prepared for Group executive leadership
- Support budget analysis for individual maisons and produce executive summary notes for management presentations and budget committee reviews
- Evaluate operational investment requests from maisons, including new boutique openings, renovations, and tender processes
- Monitor competitive landscape through competitor result analysis, market analysis, and press review
Qualifications
- Currently in final year of study at a business school, engineering school, or university (Master's/BAC+5 level)
- Prior internship or gap year experience in financial or audit department
- Strong financial analysis aptitude with excellent synthesis and summary skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Fluent in English
