Veuve Clicquot seeks an experienced Machine Operator for packaging production in Reims, France. Full-time on-site role with shift work.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and apply all safety, hygiene, and environmental directives specific to the role
- Perform format changes and machinery adjustments based on quality requirements; conduct regular inspections and formalized self-inspection procedures
- Monitor equipment functionality, ensure proper supply flow, diagnose technical faults or quality issues, implement corrections or escalate to maintenance personnel as appropriate
- Assist with preventive maintenance operations on equipment and perform routine preventive servicing following established protocols
- Adhere to inspection and self-inspection protocols, recording all control results on relevant documentation
- Identify and propose process improvements; participate actively in continuous improvement working groups
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat professionnel (French vocational diploma) or equivalent qualification
- CACES 3 forklift certification (or equivalent machinery certification)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in industrial production environments
- Solid understanding of production cycles and first-level maintenance procedures
